Where we ship
Books ship from whichever of our stock locations is closest to you, unless that one is out of the title. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and total weight: Canada, the United States, and international.
When we ship
In-stock titles leave within three business days. Pre-orders ship in the month printed on the title's page; if a print run slips, everyone who ordered hears about it by email before the date passes.
Duties and taxes
Canadian and US taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders outside North America may attract import duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Damage and returns
Please make any return request without breaking the shrink wrap. If a book arrives damaged, send us a photograph within fourteen days and we will replace it or refund it, return postage included. An unopened book can be returned within thirty days, with the postage paid by the buyer. Once the shrink wrap has been opened we cannot take the book back or exchange it — for a printed object, that is the nature of the thing.
